GIS环境下大气污染事故应急方案可视化 学科专业： 研究方向： 中文摘要 在突发性环境污染事故频发的现代社会背景下，如何运用计算机技术、数据库技术、GIS技术等现代先进技术提高，成为现代应急管理的研究重点。突发性大气环境事故应急具有很高的时效性要求，如何在最短的时间内，确定科学的应急方案，采取有效的处置措施控制事态的发展，将事故的危害降到最低成为亟待解决的问题。本文研究了GIS环境下的污染事故应急方案可视化技术，将传统的文本应急方案转换成方案，在GIS环境中用直观的方式对其进行呈现，帮助应急决策者在采取应急措施之前对事故的发展进行预估，并快速确定科学有效的应急方案。具体研究内容包括： 设计和实现应急方案映射模型，结构化文本应急方案向应急方案的转换研究大气污染事故方法根据应急方案可视化需要，设计应急方案的内容与结构结合大气污染扩散，生成大气污染时空分布数据确定、物资调度路线，分析得出应急队伍和物资调度的时空分布数据。 大气污染应急方案。 关键字：应急方案，地理信息系统可视化， Visualization of Emergency scenarios of Atmospheric Pollution Accident Based on GIS Abstract Under the background of the frequently occurred sudden environmental pollution accidents, how to improve the ability of emergency scenarios visualization, using modern technology such as computer, database and GIS, has been one of the most important issue in emergency management. It is highly required of the decision effiency in sudden atmospheric pollution accidents, which means it has become an urged problem to form and visualize a scientific emergency scenarios, and carry out effective measures to control and reduce the danger and loss in short time. This paper studies the atmospheric pollution accident emergency scenarios visualization technique based on GIS, which is to exchange the traditional text solution into visualized scenarios that can be directly seen under GIS in order to help deciders estimate the changing before measures and quickly put out reasonable effective emergency solution. This paper includes results as below: Emergency scenarios mapping model. Design solution mapping model to exchange structured text solution to visualized scenarios, i.e. study accident-related dynamic data generations. On the base of analyzing and sorting data , and requirement of visualization, design the contents and structures of text solution. Combined with air pollution dispersion model, create atmospheric pollution spatio-temporal distribution data. Work out emergency rescue r
