企業流程再造模擬規劃— 以合吉銅器工廠為例 楊哲維 建國科技大學 工業與服務管理系 摘要 台灣擅長於生產製造，亦扮演著世界工廠的角色，提供全世界消費者，價格低廉但品質相對適中的產品，藉此亦為台灣創造令人驚豔的經濟奇蹟。隨著時代的進步，追求經濟規模的生產模式對台灣的產業，尤其是中小企業，造成需更具彈性的生產模式，以提高自我的附加價值，去創造差異化的競爭優勢。 本專題研究目的，在於瞭解中小企業因應內外環境的變化，顧客需求的差異，及注重整體品質的產出，而進行流程再造之模擬規劃，以提升企業各方面的效率與競爭力。首先，進行SWOT分析，讓業者瞭解工廠內部的優劣勢及外部環境的機會與威脅，以保有企業的競爭優勢。接著，深入的瞭解工廠內部的生產管理、品質管理及進出貨管理，將工廠整體的流程進行分析與改善，同時，利用SQL Server軟體來幫公司建立一套顧客關係資料庫，加強對顧客的瞭解及銷售資訊的互動關係。經由本專題的製作，讓公司能更有效的使用這些資源，減少不必要的閒置，以增加更多的效能及產能，並期望能對該公司的運作有實際上的幫助。 關鍵字：SWOT分析、SQL Server軟體、顧客關係資料庫 Abstract Taiwan, be the world’s factory, is skilled in the massive production. Providing products with low price and good quality to the world customers, Taiwan creates an impressive achievement in economy. However, with the transformation of modern economy, the traditional production mode by pursuing large economical scale needs to be changed. To increase the differentiation competitive advantages and Economic Value Added (EVA). A flexible mode of production is needed, especially for the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The purpose of this research, through a system simulation for the business process reengineering, considered the adaption of the changing of the SMEs and the economic environment, different requirement between customers and focus degree of total quality of products, is to upgrade the efficiency and competitive advantages for SMEs. For the SME owners can preserve their competitive advantage. Preceding a SWOT analysis first, to know what and where their strength/weakness inside their factory and the opportunity/threat outside the economic environment is. Further more, analyze and improve the workflow of the factory by knowing the whole production, quality and issuing/receiving management system. Enhance the understanding and interaction about customer and sales information by creating a customer relationship database. The experiment revealed that through the steps in this research can reduce the idle resource which means the company can use it more efficiently
