摘 要
通过对的设计，对常用在成型过程中对模具的工艺要求有了更深一层的理解，掌握成型模具的结构特点及设计计算方法，对独立设计模具具有了一次新的锻炼。关键词： Abstract
This article mainly introduced the 60 w indoor lamp chimney die mold design and molding parts manufacturing process design, different from the original design method in this paper, by using the combined method of the software and the calculation for the first time, using the general software AutoCAD mould industry now the standard mould base library EMX combine together complete the mold design manual mold parts selection, standard mould base calls and material selection of mold parts.Mold design software of its advantages: first, it can save a lot of materials;Moreover, it can shorten the development cycle of a mold, the most important thing is that it can simulate cavity and stress strain analysis, greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and designers, finally can greatly improve the production efficiency of enterprises. Through the design of?the?60W indoor?lamp?shade?of die casting die?for?casting?materials,commonly used in the forming process of?the technical requirements of?the mold?has?a deeperunderstanding of?the structural features and design?master the?calculation method of?casting die,?die design?for?independence?with?a?new exercise.
