HSP60和TSGF联合检测对甲状腺癌的早期诊断价值 摘要：目的：对HSP60与TSGF联合检测在甲状腺癌早期诊断中的实际价值进行探究和分析。方法：选取254 例甲状腺癌患者（定为甲状腺癌组）、156例结节性甲状腺肿患者（结节性甲状腺肿组）和202 例健康者（健康组）为观察对象； 选用ELISA试剂盒检对其（观察对象）的HSP60 、TSGF 水平进行测定，并在此基础上对这两项指标与甲状腺癌的病理关系加以分析。结果：甲状腺癌组的HSP60 、TSGF的表达要显著的高于结节性甲状腺肿组以及健康组（P＜0.05），其差异均具有统计学意义。HSP60 与TSGF联合诊断甲状腺癌的曲线下面积为达到了0.991，这要显著高于HSP60 检测的0.875 和TSGF检测的0.833。同时HSP60 、TSGF 水平与年龄、性别、临床分期以及淋巴结转移等均无相关性。结论：在甲状腺癌的早期诊断中，采用HSP60 和TSGF 联合检测的方式可靠性较高，值得推广应用。 【关键词】甲状腺肿瘤；HSP60；TSGF；联合检测；早期诊断 The early diagnostic value of combined detection of HSP60 and TSGF in thyroid cancer Abstract: Objective: To the actual value of the combined detection of HSP60 and TSGF in the early diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma to explore and analysis.
