中国烟草科学 2010 ，31 （3 ）：67-69 67 密集烤房不同装烟方式的烘烤效果 谢已书，邹 焱，李国彬，姜 均，卢贤仁 （贵州省烟草科学研究所，贵阳 550003 ） 摘 要：为探索现代烟草农业省工降本措施，设计了常规挂竿、散叶堆放、散叶烟筐、烟夹4 种密集烤房装烟方式试验， 对其省工、节能效果进行了研究。结果表明，与常规挂竿装烟方式相比，散叶堆放、散叶烟筐、烟夹装烟方式均显著降低烤 烟烘烤环节的用工成本和耗能成本，其中装卸烟用工成本降低70% 以上、耗煤成本降低18%以上、耗电成本降低10%以上。 此外，不同装烟方式烘烤后烟叶经济性状、外观品质与化学成分含量无明显差异。 关键词：密集烤房；装烟方式；散叶烟筐；省工；节能 中图分类号：S572.091 文章编号：1007-5119 （2010 ）03-0067-03 DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-5119.2010.03.015 Effects of Tobacco Leaf Loading Method on Curing in Bulk Curing Barn XIE Yishu, ZOU Yan, LI Guobin, JIANG Jun, LU Xianren (Tobacco Science Institute of Guizhou Province, Guiyang 550003, China) Abstract: In order to investigate the measures of saving labor force and energy during the development of tobacco agricultural modernization, the experiment of loading tobacco leaf was conducted with four treatments (traditional loading leaf with pole, loose-leaf accumulation, loose-leaf with frame, and loading leaf with clip). The results showed that three methods of loading leaf (loose-leaf accumulation, loose-leaf with frame, and loading leaf with clip) decreased significantly the cost of labor force and energy during curing when compared with the method of traditional loading leaf. The cost of labor force of loading and unloading leaf, coal, and electricity decreased respectively over 70%, 18%, and 10%. In addition, the difference of the economic characters, appearance qualities and contents of chemical components of curing leaves between different treatments was inconspicuous.
