我国建筑业面临机遇及挑战摘要: 建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业，与国民经济的发展与人民生活水平的提高有及其密切的联系。随着我国加入WTO后，市场经济的发展体制的不断完善，我国建筑企业将面临技术更高、资金实力更为雄厚的外资企业的竞争，建筑企业为了长久的生存及发展，如何面对当前环境的变化已成为建筑企业需要面临的问题，今后20年，我国的基础建设、技术改造、城市化进程的进一步加快、西部大开发和东北老工业基地改造发展战略的实施、投融资体制和公用事业管理体制的改革等，都为建筑市场的发展提供了广阔的空间。本文首先分析了新环境下,我国建筑业经济发展现状,然后简述了建筑业面临的机遇与挑战，最后总结了发展我国建筑业经济的几点策略。 关键词：建筑业发展 经济 Abstract: The construction industry is the pillar industry of China’s national economy and its close links with the development of national economy and improve people’s living standards.
