According to the survey, according to the income level of residents in Xian, the current standard of the small table is reasonable, but there are many problems in the small table, such as 41% of the operators did not apply for any documents. The investigators called for faster regulation and regulation of the small table.
Problems and recommendations found in the survey
Problem 1: health problems
Some small dining table business premises, small area, dim light, poor ventilation. The kitchen was poorly equipped.
Suggestion: food processing small table should have independent room, dining room, storage of raw materials. The operators personal hygiene should also be maintained well.
Problem 2: there are security risks
A small table located in schools around the residents of the building, a serious imbalance in some places of business area and the proportion of the number of students hosting, very crowded. Some operators buy food and liquefied petroleum gas in batches for lower costs, but there is no fire protection facilities.
Recommendation: operators should be responsible for the safety of students indoors and outdoors, and should always remind students to pay attention to safety.

Small table operators are lack of operational qualification of related industries, also do not have the necessary management experience of catering and accommodation.
It is suggested that the government should carry out relevant management training and guidance, and operators should also strengthen their own quality.
