Methods 274 cases of ectopic pregnancy were divided into 3 groups according to the year, 87 cases in 2005 group, 91 cases in 2006 group, 96 cases in 2007 group. The age of onset, risk factors, clinical manifestations, treatment methods and therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed. Results the age of the patients in the 2007 group was obviously younger, the average age was 28.10 years (p 0.05); the number of unmarried patients increased, 17 cases, accounting for 17.7%. Risk factors included abortion (including drug abortion, painless abortion) more than 2 times: 2005 group 65.5%, 2006 group 63.7%, group 75% in 2007. Hysteroscope intubation injection of methotrexate (MTX) and 15 cases of oral mifepristone, all cured. Compared with laparotomy, laparoscopic surgery has less damage and shorter hospitalization time. Conclusion the age of ectopic pregnancy is younger, and artificial abortion plays an important role in the development of ectopic pregnancy. Laparoscopic surgery and hysteroscopic surgery will be the main method in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
