慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证中药用药频次统计

摘 要］ 目的：归纳分析中药治疗慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证的用药频次及特点。方法：检索近10年来
各类医学期刊，获取治疗慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证的各类方剂，统计方剂中不同中药的使用频次。结果：共
有24篇文献被纳入研究，合计13类方剂(包括经方和个人经验方)，共计91味中药，用药累积频数1333次。
结论：柴胡疏肝散使用最频；疏肝理气药用药占前15味药中的一半，占总药物中的百分比为37%，其次是补益
药(17%)活血药(11%)、 清热药(7%)、 消食药(7%)、 。

TCM Medication Frequency Statistics for the Patients with Chronic Superficial Gastritis
of Liver-stomach Disharmony Pattern

AbstractObjective: To summarize and analyze medication frequency and the features of herbs in treating
chronic superficial gastritis of liver-stomach disharmony pattern. Methods: The prescriptions for chronic superficial
gastritis of liver-stomach disharmony pattern were searched in medical journals in recent ten years to count the fre-
quency of different herbs in the prescriptions. Results: All 24 pieces of articles were included, 13 kinds of formulae
(containing classical prescriptions and personal empirical prescriptions) in all, altogether 91 kinds of herbs, medica-
tion cumulative frequency reached to 1 333 times. Conclusion: ChaiHu ShuGan powder is of the highest frequency;
the drugs of liver-soothing Qi-regulating occupies the half of 15 kinds of drugs and they reached 37% of all the
drugs, the next are the drugs of tonification (17%), of blood-activating (11%), of heat-clearing (7%) and of diges-
tion-promoting (7%).
