ABS RAC : Instru ents such as ato ic absorption spectro etry, auto atic analysis instru ent of a ino acid, etc, were
applied to deter ine the nutritional co ponents of the L ig ustr um luc id um fruit.T he ai of the study was to develop and
utilize preferably the edicinal plant resource of L ig us tr um lucid um fruit. The results showed that: crude protein, crude

fat, nitrogen free extract and crude fiber in L ig ustr um lucid um fruit were 801 3, 1221 3, 5101 6 and 2071 9 g # kg ,
respectively. 11 ineral ele ents needed in hu an body were contained with the content order: K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Na, Zn,

Cu, Sr, M n, Cr, Se. There were at least 17 a ino acids in ligustru lucidu fruit with total content of 58 g # g and

seven of the were essential a ino acids with total content of 211 6 g # g
