胰岛素样生长因子-Ι活化组织工程骨修复骨缺损的实验研究 邓 江，黄文良，阮世强，苑 成，佘云峰（） 目的 探讨胰岛素样生长因子-IGF-Ⅰ）羟基磷灰石（HA）及自体红骨髓（ABM）的效果。方法 分组空白 HA/ABM组、IGF-HA组、IGF-HA/ABM组组织工程骨分别植入骨缺损处。术后于分别成骨情况按Lane-Sandh进行评分。结果 ALP活性、X射线及扫描电镜结果显示IGF-Ι活化HA/ABM组与其他各组比较P0.05)。结论 IGF-HA为支架材料组织工程骨的成骨诱导作用明显增强。 [关键词] 胰岛素样生长因子-Ι；组织工程骨；骨缺损；成骨诱导 The experimental study of repairing bone defect by IGF-Ιactivated tissue engineered bone complex Deng Jiang,Huang Wenliang, RuanShiqiang, Yuan Cheng.SheYunfeng Department of Orthopaedics, The hospital of Zunyi, Zunyi, 563002, P.R.China. Corresponding author:Deng Jiang. [Abstract]　Objective o investigate the efficacy of insulin-like growth factor-Ι(IGF-Ι) osteoinduction active on hydroxyapatite (HA)/ autogenous red bone marrow(ABM). Methods The animal model of bone defect was made on the bilateral radius of 36 rabbits, which were randomly divided into four groups. Defects were repaired with different transplant materials:with no implant in the blank control group;with implant HA/ABM group; with implant IGF-Ιactivated HA group; with implant IGF-Ιactivated HA/ABM group. The examination of the level of serum alkaline phosphatase, X-ray exam, histology observation and scanning electronic microscope exam were performed at each times. Results each times and groups result analysis: group IGF-Ιactivated HA/ABM complex stimulated more bone formation than that of others. The difference of reconstructive ability has significant statistical significance compared with others(P 0.05) by the scores of Lane-Sandhu X-ray and histology. Conclusion the IGF-Ιcould significantly Increased osteoinduction active on tissue engineering bone produced by HA as scaffold material.
