自制葡萄酒(Homemade wine)
The first test of finished products (grape, although it is better than the absolute dry taste test, less than 200!)
Wake up in the morning, head a little dizzy, good wine, it seems a bit too much last night.
Get up, brush face, teeth. Wearing a raincoat, braving the wind and rain, ran to the market, spent 50 ocean bought 16 pounds of grapes.
The first step: put the grapes in water and soak for two hours. (remove the rotten, shedding of grapes, only the whole series of soaking, not cleaning, do not take down global)
The second step: fish out and dry.
The third step: the dried grapes crush into the container. (1, sealed with thick gauze, must not be sealed. 2, grapes bottled to 2/3, can not install too much, remember to remember! The first test, I loaded to the 4/5, and the results... A lot of juice all out, love dearly, but unfortunately...
Another note:
1, third steps of fermentation process about a week (18-25 degrees Celsius), with the local temperature, high temperature area may be 2-3 days can be settled, with grape skin all floating up, no more bubbles, fermentation end shall prevail. One week, for example, crush the 24 hours after entering the first sugar (grape weight 5%-7%, fourth days on second 5%-7% sugar).
2, in the second day after the first sugar, to the seventh day, the end of the fermentation, every morning and afternoon mixing each time, the floating grape skin and then stir into the juice, so as to make the fermentation fully.
The next day after second (fourth days) (fifth days). As you can see, the fermentation starts violently, producing a lot of bubbles, the grape skin floating (stirring), and the wine fluid producing.
Note: 1., no water, in addition to grape juice, preferably a drop of water is not, otherwise, when the drink is... Hey hey...
2., white sugar or rock candy can be put into the grape mixture, stir it. Add water? Dont even think about it
