摘 要：介绍了全自动液晶滴下(ODF)生产线设计的关键点。根据规划产能和设备节拍时间，计算了各种
工艺设备的数量；研究了隔垫物系统、液晶滴下系统和成盒系统的工艺要求；根据工艺设备的运行特点、基板
投入方式等要素探讨了搬运系统的运营方案。成功设计了国内第一条多功能全自动ODF生产线，并实现量产。
