Enterprise human resources management departments should actively guide the staff to do the occupation career planning; improve the system construction, to ensure that the employee occupation career channels; a good occupation mentor, guide employee occupation career planning; manage training and coordination, to help employees achieve occupation goals, to achieve unity between the organizational vision and personal goals.
Employee career planning, as a new human resource management technology, plays a more and more important role in the stability and sustainable development of enterprise personnel, and has been paid much attention by many enterprises. The enterprises human resource management department should do well in the following aspects.
