浅析中小企业融资存在的问题及对策 摘 要 改革开放为中小企业的发展提供了契机，同时，中小企业的发展也对经济发展起了巨大的推动作用。就我国而言，在GDP的指标衡量上，中小企业更是达到了总量的一半，占比达到70%以上；同时，随着就业机会的不断增加，中小企业对就业机会的贡献高达95%以上，在促进居民生活水平的提高和全社会繁荣稳定方面做出了突出的贡献，并在促进经济发展方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但由于资金短缺、融资渠道狭窄和担保缺失等融资问题的存在严重制约了中小企业的发展。在这种情况下主要根据中小企业融资的相关理论进行阐述，在中小企业融资现状的基础上进一步分析出现融资难问题的原因，最后再结合实际情况提出能够解决中小企业融资问题的建设性策略。 关键词 中小企业 融资困难 对策 Analyses of small and medium-sized enterprise financing pr-oblems and countermeasures Abstract Reform and open policy provides the opportunity for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, at the same time, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises to economic development played a huge role in promoting.In terms of our country, in the measure of GDP, the small and medium-sized enterprises is reached, half of total accounted for more than 70%;At the same time, along with an increasing number of employment opportunities, small and medium-sized enterprises containing more than 95% contribution to employment opportunities, promote the improvement of living standards of residents and has made outstanding contribution to the whole society prosperity and stability, in promoting the national economic growth has played an increasingly important role.But due to the shortage of funds, the narrow financing channel and financing problems such as lack of guarantee the existence of seriously restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.In this case is mainly based on the related theory of small and medium-sized enterprise financing, the financing status of small and medium-sized enterprises, on the basis of further analyzing the reason of financing difficult problems, and then combined with the actual put forward the constructive strategy can solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise financing.
