康复治疗信息系统的设计与实现 　　摘要：医院临床信息系统的目标是支持医院医护人员的临床活动，收集和处理病人的临床医疗信息，提高医护人员的工作效率，为病人提供更多、更快、更好的服务[1]。本文以我院的康复治疗信息管理为研究对象，设计和开发了一套基于C/S结构的临床信息系统，旨在为医院康复医学科的日常治疗处理、数据统计分析和辅助决策参考提供一套完整且经济可行的解决方案，不仅可以在一定程度上减轻医技人员的劳动强度，提高工作效率和工作质量，而且可以更及时、准确、有效地分析统计各种工作量数据及管理数据，促进医院管理水平的进一步提高，具有一定的创新和实用意义。 　　关键词：康复，信息化，数据库，.NET 　　Design and Implementation of Rehabilitation Treatment Information System 　　FENG Lei，ZHOU Min，FU Xu-yan 　　（Information Center，First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College，Hangzhou 310003，Zhejiang，China） 　　Abstract：The objective of the hospital clinical information system is to support the clinical activities of hospital medical staff，to collect and process the patients clinical medical information，to improve the efficiency of health care workers，to provide patients with more，faster and better services[1]. based rehabilitation information management in our hospital as the research object，the design and development of a system based on clinical information the structure of C/S system，designed to handle daily treatment of rehabilitation medicine，hospital，solution data statistical analysis and decision-making reference provides a complete and feasible，not only can reduce the labor intensity of medical personnel in a certain extent，improve work efficiency and quality，and can be more timely，accurate and effective analysis the statistic data and workload management data，improve the level of hospital management，has certain innovation and practical significance. 　　Key words：Rehabilitation；Informatization；Database；NET 　　1 研究目的 　　??康复流程进行信息化管理，是为了更好地发挥信息管理的作用，提高康复医疗的效率，真正实现康复医疗机构的综合管理[2]。经过信息化管理，病人的各项信息经由网络进行传送，病人只需要提供社保或者病历号，即可获取各项信息，如病历信息、检验结果、治疗结果和影像资料等，节省了患者的时间。患者的就诊信息也可以在科室之间相互传送，从而实现全院的综合管理与共享，提高医院的整体工作效率。 　　2 开发技术 　　康复治疗信息系统的开发工具为Microsoft Visual Studio 2010，开发语言为C#，系统运行环境Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5，本地数据库采用Microsoft SQL Server 2008，与医院信息系统的Oracle数据库做接口。通过安全隔离网闸的技术，可以解决涉密网络与公共网络连接时的安全问题，为广大患者或普通民众利用智能手机登移动终端进行寻医问药、网上预约、查询检查结果等提供了技术上的安全保障。通过综合使用
