吸入布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效研究 　　摘要：目的 研究雾化吸入布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法 回顾分析我院治疗的86例支气管哮喘患者临床资料，随机分为对照组和观察组，各43例。对照组患者采用地塞米松雾化吸入治疗，观察组患者采用雾化吸入布地奈德治疗，观察两组患者临床治疗疗效。结果 观察组患者临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组，临床症状消失时间（咳嗽、憋喘、??音）、住院时间短于对照组，1秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、呼气峰流速（PEFR）明显高于对照组，临床不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 雾化吸入布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效确切，可显著改善患者临床症状和肺功能，缩短临床治疗疗程，值得临床推广和应用。 　　关键词：吸入；布地奈德；支气管哮喘 　　Clinical Study on Inhalation of Budesonide in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma 　　CHEN Ai 　　（Department of Respiration，Jiuzhaigou Tibetan Hospital，Jiuzhaigou 623400，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To study clinical effect of budesonide inhalation in treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital treatment of 86 cases of bronchial asthma patients with clinical data，were randomly divided into control group and observation group，43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone inhalation therapy，the observation group were treated with budesonide inhalation treatment，observe two groups of patients with clinical treatment.Results The observation group clinical effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than the control group，the disappearance time of clinical symptoms（cough，wheeze，rales），hospitalization time is shorter than the control group， forced expiratory volume（FEV1），peak expiratory flow（PEFR）was significantly higher than the control group，the clinical occurrence rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of inhalation of budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma is effective，can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of patients，shorten the clinical course of treatment，worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　Key words：Inhalation；Budesonide；Bronchial asthma 　　支?夤芟?喘是临床常见的疾病，发病率高，并且病程较长，容易反复发作，迁延不愈[1]。支气管哮喘是由T淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、上皮细胞等多种细胞及其组分参与的气道慢性炎症。这种炎症能增强易感者对各种激发因子的气道高反应性，并可引起气道缩窄，表现为反复发作
