信息管理系统在我院抗菌药物管理中的应用 　　摘要：目的 利用信息化平台，通过药学干预，加强抗菌药物在临床应用中的管理，促进抗菌药物合理应用。方法 以我院泌尿科为例，对2014年1～12月（干预前）678例和2015年1～12月（干预后）743例在我院泌尿科治疗的患者共1421例，抗菌药物使用情况进行分析，并比较干预前、后医院抗菌药物使用强度、住院患者抗菌药物使用百分率、抗菌药物单次给药合格率、住院手术患者接受预防性抗菌药物治疗的平均d数等指标水平的变化情况。结果 干预前使用强度为70.29DDDs/100人/d，住院患者抗菌药物使用百分率为79.20%，干预后使用强度为37.75DDD s/100人/d，使用率仅为51.14%。干预前平均住院d数为（8.5±1.15）d，干预后的平均住院d?滴?（3.6±1.07）d；抗菌药物单次给药剂量合格率干预前为59.29%，干预后为90.31%。结论 抗菌药物合理使用信息管理系统有效地提高了工作效率，规范了医院抗菌药物的使用，控制和减少了抗菌药物的滥用情况。 　　关键词： 抗菌药物；合理用药；信息管理系统；药学干预 　　Application of Information Management System in Antibiotic Drug Management in Our Hospital 　　SHI Su-ping，YU Zhe-qi，ZHANG Guang-qiu 　　（Department of Pharmacy，Huanggang City Central Hospital，Huanggang 438000，Hubei，China） 　　Abstract：Objective Through the use of the information platform，strengthen the management of pharmaceutical intervention，antibacterial drugs in clinical application，to promote the rational use of antibiotics.Methods In our hospital urology as an example，for 1～12 months in 2014 （before intervention）678 cases and 1～12 months of 2015（after intervention）in the treatment of 743 cases of urinary patients in our hospital in 1421 cases，the use of antibacterial drugs were analyzed and compared before intervention，after the use of antimicrobial agents in the hospital inpatient drug use intensity，the percentage of patients with antimicrobial antibacterial drugs，single dose qualified rate，changes of prophylactic antibiotic therapy in hospitalized patients，the average d number indexes.Results Before the intervention using strength 70.29DDDs/100/d，the use of antibacterial drugs in hospitalized patients was 79.20%，the intervention use intensity of 37.75DDD s/100/d，the use rate of only 51.14%.Before the intervention the average hospitalization d number（8.5±1.15）d，the average hospitalization intervention d number（3.6±1.07）d antibacterial drugs；single dosage passing rate was 59.29% before intervention，after the intervention was 90.31%.Conclusion The antimicrobial drug use information
