How to use EEPO effectively education teaching evaluation methods of teaching evaluation
I have the honor to participate in the July 2013 since professor Meng Zhaobin came to my countys EEPO effective education three phase of training, to engage in effective education today within the county, has lasted more than three years of time. In the implementation of effective education this period of time, the strong thrust of higher authorities and promote our school teachers actively practice, with the knowledge of some of the deeper our effective education theory. In the effective education theory, has direct guiding significance to our teaching is the operation lesson type and category learning methods and evaluation methods. And today I mainly from the experience of teaching evaluation methods about this aspect of my understanding.
There are 5 main ways: classic EEPO classroom teaching evaluation evaluation, evaluation, project, parity, evaluation, process evaluation process. Combined with our teaching practice, I focus on the basics of classical evaluation, project evaluation, discipline evaluation and single factor evaluation.
A classic evaluation:
The classic evaluation mainly from knowledge, personality, creativity, namely three in one. To evaluate the interactive, active and initiative three linkage these six aspects. First understand the six basic concepts, namely six indicators:
1, knowledge: knowledge is the basis of imparting knowledge is our Oriental Education (Chinese) education strength, is our teacher students do most of the most solid part.
