早期护理干预对肛肠术后排尿排便影响【摘要】目的：探讨对肛肠术后患者排尿排便病程实行早期护理干预措施，并总结经验与其影响。方法：回顾性分析从2009年7月——2011年7月入住我院肛肠外科室的120例进行肛肠手术的患者，随机分为对护理干预组60例与常规对照组60例，护理干预组在常规护理基础上实施护理干预，从饮食指导、生理以及心理方面等方面进行全面综合性护理，将两组数据进行统计学比较处理，分析其临床意义。结果：护理干预组因术后因素导致排尿排便困难患者5例，发生率占8.33%，护理满意度为98.33%；常规对照组因术后因素导致排尿排便困难患者33例，发生率占55%，护理满意度为76.67%。两组数据均进行统计学比较处理，均存在差异性，且P0.05具有统计学意义。结论：患者进行肛肠手术后会因多种因素出现排尿排便困难现象，需要加强对患者的早期护理干预，以便降低患者术后排尿排便困难的发生率，可以减少患者痛苦外提升满意度，进而促进患者康复度，以便早日出院。 【关键词】早期护理干预；肛肠手术；排尿排便困难 Early nursing intervention on the effect of urination defecation after anorectal operation Feng Qiong 【Abstract】Objective: To study on Anorectal Postoperative urination defecation course implement early nursing intervention measures, and to summarize the experiences and its influence. Methods: a retrospective analysis from 2009July --2011July in our hospital department of anus intestine surgery room was carried out in 120 cases of anorectal operation patients, randomly divided into nursing intervention group of60 patients treated with conventional60 cases in the control group, nursing in the intervention group on the basis of routine nursing intervention, from diet guide, physiological and psychological aspects comprehensive care, two groups of data were statistically compared treatment, analysis of its clinical significance. Results: nursing intervention for postoperative factors causing voiding difficulty in defecation in patients with 5 cases, the incidence of nursing satisfaction accounted for 8.33%,98.33%; control group with conventional postoperative factors causing voiding difficulty in defecation in patients with 33 cases, the incidence was 55%, for76.67% of patients’’ satisfaction to nursing care. Two sets of data were statistically compared treatment, there are differences, and the P0.05 has statistical significance. Conclusion: Patients with anorectal operation after urination defecation difficulties due to a variety of factors, the need to strengthen in patients with early stage nursing intervention, i
