By means of XRD, it was analysed that the factors of Na/Nb and 2 5 the reaction temperature and the reaction time effected on the crystal structure and grain size. And by means of SEM, the morphology of the prepared NaNbO were studied. The results show that orthorhombic NaNbO microcrystals are synthesized 3 3 when the mole ratio of Na/Nb is 4 1 and the reaction temperature is 200 , at the same time the average grain size is 37 nm.
