In this paper, the principle and effect of crosstalk on signal integrity analysis, and put forward the method of minimization of crosstalk in high-speed PCB design. Key words: crosstalk, high speed PCB, Abstract: With the progress signal integrity of modern technology, we meet more challenges in design. In high-speed and high-density Printed Circuit Board (PCB) designs, Crosstalk problem is more and more important. This article analyze the theory of crosstalk, effects of crosstalk on signal integrity and also give some principles on minimization of crosstalk in high-speed PCB design.
