本 科 毕 业 设 计（论 文） Undergraduate Graduation Project (Dissertation) of NCIST 姓 名： 学 号： 院 系： 安全工程学院 专 业： 采矿工程 设计题目： 开滦集团荆各庄矿90万吨新井设计 专 题： 我国厚煤层综放开采技术现状研究 指导教师： 职 称： 院长 设计总说明 本设计包括两个部分：一般部分和专题部分。 一般部分为荆各庄矿新井设计，全篇共分为十个部分：矿区概述及地质特征、井田境界及储量、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限、井田开拓、准备方式—带区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升、矿井通风与安全和设计矿井主要经济技术指标。 荆各庄井田位于河北省唐山市西南部。矿井平均走向长度约为4525m，平均倾斜长度约为3075 m，面积11.5平方公里。本井田内的可采煤层为9#煤，厚度为7m。倾角平均为8°，为缓倾斜厚以及厚煤层。井田内工业储量11368万t，可采储量7794.6万t。矿井平均涌水量为120m3/h；2005年矿井相对瓦斯涌出量分别为0.45m3/t，绝对瓦斯涌出量2.10m3/ min。根据《煤矿安全规程》属低瓦斯矿井，按高瓦斯矿井管理；荆各庄矿煤层自燃发火期为3-6个月，易自燃，据煤尘测试结果为有爆炸性。 荆各庄矿年设计生产能力90万t/a，服务年限64.8年。采用立井二水平开拓：水平标高-360m、-520m。矿井采用走向长壁综合机械化放顶煤采煤法。 关键词：采煤工艺；倾斜长壁采煤法；综合机械化 General introduction of the design The design includes two parts : the general part and special subject part. The general part is a new design for Xingtai mine, the text is divided into 10 sections : Overview of mine and geological features, Mine realm and reserves, mine system design and production, mine exploration, mining area roadway layout, mining method, Underground tra-nsport, upgrading mine, and mine ventilation and mine safety technology major economic in-dicators. The Jing Ge Zhuang coalfield locates in southwest of Tang Shan City in Hebei Province. The aver-age strike length of the coalfield is4,525 m. There is one coal seam in this coalfield, No.9coal seam. Their thickness are 7m. The average angle is 8 degrees, belongs to gently inclined large & medium-thickness seam. The industrial reserve is 113.68Mt, the workable reserve is77.946Mt. The average water inflow is 120m3/h. The relative gas gushing quantity is 0.45m3/t and the absolute gas gushing quantity is 2.10m3/ min. According to the “coal mine safety regulation”, it is a low gas mine which is managed as high gas mine. The period of coal spontaneous combustion is 3-6 months and it is
