The opt mal cond t ons of h gh - pressure homogen zat on treatment, ultrason c process ng and freez ng and thaw ng method were ga ned respect vely. The d fferent methods on the cell d srupt on rate and astaxanth n extract on rate were stud ed . The results showed that h gh- pressure homogen zat on treatment was most su table to d srupt cell wall and extract astaxanth n. The opt mal pressure was 40 MPa, and cycle ndex s 3. The d srupt on rate was 91. 4% , astaxanth n extract on rate was 28. 0 gmg ( dry cell) , n compar s on w th the untreated, the extract on rate was ncreased 10. 1 gmg( dry cell) , about 56. 3% .
