Results O f 9 patients there w ere 3 m ales an 6 fem ales, the range of age was 764 years. In the 6 a u lt patien ts there were 5 fem ales. 2 cases were infecte by EB virus an 1 by recurrent pulmonary infection in 3 nona u lt patients. In the a ult patients, 1 case w as iagnose w ith Sjgren s syn rom e, 1 casew ith overlapping syn rom e, 2 casesw ith prmi ary b iliary cirrhosis, 1 case was probab ly cause by infection, an 1 casew as comp licate w ith eosinophilia. Dom inant symptom s of pu lmonary system w ere cough, expectoration, an shortness of breath on exertion. Dom inant system atic sym ptom sw ere asthen ia, pyrexia, weight lose, an arth ralgia. CT reveale iffuse groun glass opacitiesw ith a lower lung zone pre om inance. Pathologic feature of LIP w as a iffuse, polyclonal lymphoi cell infiltration surroun ing airways an exten ing to the lung interstitium.
