企业物流运输成本的分析与对策孙春露山东工商学院 管理科学与工程学院 工业工程Analysis and Countermeasures Enterprise logistics and transport costs摘要现代物流作为一种融高新技术与物流为一体、实现经济高效运行的现金管理技术与组织方式，在国民经济的发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在经济全球化的今天，企业物流已呈现网络化、专业化和标准化的特征，物流成本管理已成为企业获取竞争优势的关键因素。物流运输成本穿于企业经营活动的全过程，包括从采购原材料开始到将商品送达到消费者手中所发生的全部物流费用。物流成本控制是物流管理中一个很重要的组成部分，而所谓的“第三利润源”也主要是通过降低物流成本来实现的。因此，加强物流成本的控制已成为提高企业经济效益的重要手段。通过对我国企业物流成本管理现状及存在问题的分析，提出了创新物流成本管理机制、构建物流成本管理制度、多方联动降低物流成本等改进我国企业物流成本管理的策略。物流成本的降低能促使企业成本的降低，而运输成本在物流成本中又占有很大的比例，所以对物流运输成本的控制是非常有必要的。关键词：物流；运输；企业成本；控制Abstract:As a high-tech modern logistics finance and logistics as one to achieve cash management technology and cost-effective operation of the organization , is playing an increasingly important role in the development of the national economy . Logistics management logistics cost control is a very important part of the so-called third profit source is mainly achieved by reducing the cost of logistics . Therefore, the strengthening of the logistics cost control has become an important means to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises . Through our logistics cost management situation and existing problems of analysis, logistics cost management mechanism innovation , building logistics cost management system , multi-linkage to reduce logistics costs, improve our logistics cost management strategy.
