组织如何制定优秀的决策（How does the organization make good decisions） I was with Larry prussak (Larry Prusak) and Brook Manville (Brook Manville) Co wrote a new book. If were going to give it a name now, wed like to call it Judgment Days:How Great Organizations Make Great Decisions (judgment day: how great organizations make great decisions). The content of the book is how an organization (rather than an individual) develops good judgment and decision making skills. We will try to introduce how the organization adjusts the decisions made in a particular judgment day, and then how to act to enhance the organizations judgment. We want to describe all kinds of organizations, including companies, schools, hospitals and foundations. They always make great decisions from beginning to end. In order to reveal some ideas and receive feedback from readers, I will introduce this book through a series of articles and intend to involve Larry and Brook in this activity. We think that organizations with good judgment have some typical characteristics. One of them is that when they make important decisions, they involve a lot of different people. Their executives know that they have no monopoly on knowledge and judgment, so they can brainstorm in the decision-making process. Let me give you an example. Pixar Animation Corporation (Pixar) - by the way, I really like Toy Story 3 (Toy Story 3) - an extraordinary record of making great animated movies. (recently, the company president and co-founder Ed.
