三伏天手法穴位按摩结合穴位贴敷预防小儿反复呼吸道感染探究（1.武义县第一人民医院，浙江 武义 321200；2.武义县中医院，浙江 武义 321200） 摘 要：目的：观察三伏天手法穴位按摩结合穴位贴敷预防小儿反复呼吸道感染的效果。方法：158例反复呼吸道感染患儿分两组：治疗组79例，采用手法穴位按摩每日1次，持续按摩15天后改为隔日1次，再按摩15次；同时结合穴位贴敷每周1次，共3次。对照组79例，采用加味玉屏风散每日2次，每次3g，隔日连服3个半月。 结果：两种方法都能明显提高免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG和血清Fe、Zn含量，其中对提高IgA和血清铁含量无明显差异，对提高IgG和血清Zn含量治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：三伏天手法穴位按摩结合穴位贴敷预防小儿反复呼吸道感染效果明显，简便、经济、易于掌握，适宜社区及广大的农村特别是缺医少药的边远地区推广应用。 关键词：小儿；反复呼吸道感染；手法穴位按摩；穴位贴敷 中图分类号：R256.1文献标识码：A文章编号：1673-7717（2011）03-0517-03 The Study of the Effect of Shoufa Acupoint Massage Combined with Acupoint Sticking Therapy in the Prevention of Infant Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Canicular Days CHENG Zhi-yuan1,JIN Miao-qing2,TAO Hong-ping1,XU Feng2 （1.The First Hospital of Wuyi,Wuyi321200,Zhejiang,China；2.Wuyi County TCM Hospital,Wuyi 321200,Zhejiang,China） Abstract:Objective: To assess the preventive effect of Shoufa acupoint massage combined with acupoint sticking therapy on infant RRTI （recurrent respiratory tract infections） in canicular days.Protocol: 158 RRTI patients were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group, both with 79 patients; the experimental group were treated by acupoint massage once per day for 15 days, then altered to once every other day for 30 days; meanwhile, the patients underwent acupoiont sticking therapy once per week for 3 weeks. The control group was treated with supplement Jade screen powder twice every other day, for 3.5 months.Results:IgG, IgA level and Fe, Zn level in serum was noticeably increased in two groups, but experimental group performs much better in IgG level and Zn level in serum than control group.Conclusion:Canicular days acupoint massage combined with sticking therapy is effective in RRTI prevention. It is also economical and easy to learn and operate. So this therapy is suitable to apply in communities and the vast rural areas, especially in remote region with poor medical care.
