临床护理路径对老年高血压患者效果评价[摘要] 目的 探讨临床护理路径对老年高血压患者的效果。 方法 选取本科2010年1月～2011年1月住院治疗的84例老年高血压患者，按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各42例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在此基础上采用全面评估、降压护理、服药干预、劝导烟酒、饮食管理、正确测压、活动指导、心理辅导、定期复查等临床护理路径，针对性实施护理干预措施，2周后比较分析两组患者治疗依从性和血压下降程度。 结果 观察组患者治疗依从性和降压效果显著优于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论 临床护理路径可以提高老年高血压患者的治疗依从性，对高血压的疾病控制有很好的疗效。 [关键词] 护理；老年高血压患者；效果；临床护理路径 [中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）06（a）-0128-03 The effect assessment of clinical nursing pathway on the elderly patients with high blood pressure LU Yulan The Second People’’s Hospital of Nanchuan District in Chongqing City, Chongqing 408400, China [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on the elderly patients with high blood pressure. Methods Eighty-four cases of hospitalization of elderly patients with high blood pressure from January 2010 to January 2011 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 42 cases. the control group was given routine care according to the registration order, while the observation group received clinic nursing on the basis of comprehensive assessment, such as blood pressure reducing nursing, using medicine nursing intervention, getting the rid of the allure of alcohol and tobacco, antihypertensive diet management, right pressure measuring, activities guidance, psychology counseling and periodic review of clinical nursing pathway, and the nursing intervention measures according to their actual conditions was implemented. After two weeks, the treatment adherence and blood pressure drops degree of patients between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The treatment adherence and hypertensive effect of the observation groups were significantly better than those of control group, and there were significant statistic differences (P ＜ 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can improve the treatment adherence of the old patients with high blood pressure, and has very good curative effect on the disease con
