Similarly, the development of state-owned enterprises plays an important role in the development of PRC securities market, and without considering this factor, it is impossible to see through PRC securities market. PRC, on the basis of the planned economy, develops its modern securities market with the Capitalistic style. This change itself is a very interesting phenomenon. In this process, many state-owned Enterprises gradually go publicly and become listed companies. However, since the ownership structure of the state-owned Enterprises is very different from those in the Capitalistic countries, it is hard for an outsider to understand the development of PRC securities market Most of the current PRC listed companies were state-owned Enterprises before listing. Owing to its original publicly-owned system, there exists several types of shares in a listed company, including state-owned share, corporate -owned share, employee-owned share, A share, and B share. Based on the publicly-owned system, among those different types of shares, state-owned share, corporate-owned share, and corporate-owned share, are not allowed to transfer in the public market.
