维普资讯 第 17卷 3期 中 国 病 毒 学 17(3)：243—247 2002年 8月 V IROLOGICA SINICA August 2002 黄瓜花叶病毒和烟草花叶病毒在双抗转基因线辣椒 内的增殖 徐秉 良 ，商鸿生2，王 旭2 (1．甘肃农业大学植保系，甘肃兰州 730070；2．西北农业大学植保系，陕西杨凌 712100) CucumberM osaicVirusand TobaccoM osaicVirusProliferation in TransgenicChiliPeppersand itsProtoplast XU Bing—liang ，SHANG Hong—sheng ，W ANG Xu (1．PlantprotectiondepartmentofGausuAgriculturalUniversity，Lanzhou 730070，China； 2．PlantProtectionDepartmentof NorthzL—esternAgriculturalUniversity。Yanglin712100，China) Abstract：Transgenicchilipepperplantexpressing CM V and TM V coatprotein genewere infected withCM V and TM V tocomparing the characteristicofCP—MR in transgenicchilipepperand virus contentin inoculatedplants．Theresultsshowedthatthetransgenicchilipepperexhibitedhigh levelof coatprotein—mediatedresistancetobothCM V andTM V ．Thedevelopmentofsystemicsymptom was7 ～ 15daysdelayed，percentagesofplantsshowingsymptomsandseverityofdiseasesymptom in inocu— lated plantswerestronglyreduced，and virusaccumulatandspread wereobviously repressedin inocu— latedandlewly—developedleavesinCP(+)plantschallengedwithCMV andTMV．Theprotoplasts from transgenicchilipepperexpressingCM V—CP andTMV—CP wereinfectedwithCMV virion．The resultsshowedthatprotoplastsfrom transgenicchilipeppercanalsoinhibitthevirusproliferation．The protoplastswereinfectedwith40btg／mLvirusconcentration，48hourslater，theamountofvirusincon— trolplantprotoplastswas4．2timesthanthatinCP(+)plantprotoplasts．Thisresultsdemonstrated thattheresistancecharacteristicoftransgenicchilipepperwastOreducevirusproliferationinplants． Keywords：Transgenicchilipe
