康大學報6 ：7 1－90 （2016 ） 71 論蘇軾詠茶詩之人文生活意趣 楊景琦* 摘 要 中國茶飲文化源遠流長，唐代陸羽撰著《茶經》，飲茶風氣進入劃時代的意義；至宋，上 自官府，下至閭里，飲茶已蔚然成風。蘇軾身為北宋文學家代表亦嗜茶愛茶，無論詩、詞、 文等體裁，皆有詠茶之作。據筆者統計蘇軾茶詩中，詩題有「茶」、「龍團」字者有二十一首， 「茶」在東坡的生活中，扮演著重要的角色，儼然是一門生活藝術。因此本篇論文則聚焦在 蘇軾詩歌，版本則以孔凡禮點校的《蘇軾詩集》為主，從「品茗詠泉，樂在生活」、「以茶贈 友，相知相惜」、「愛茶種茶，鬥茶嗜茶」、「吟詩遣興，以茗寄託」、「體道悟理，撫慰心靈」 等五個小節，依次闡述，探討蘇軾詠茶詩的人文生活意趣 。 關鍵字：宋代、蘇軾、詠茶詩 *康寧大學資訊傳播學系 助理教授 電子郵件： yang@.tw 收稿日期：2015.11.15 修改日期： 2016.04.06 接受日期：2016.04.22 72 ◆康大學報 第六期◆民國一百零五年六月 The Study of Humane Meaning in Su Shis Tea Poems Ching-Chi Yang* Abstract Drinking tea in Chinese culture has lasted for a long time. When Lu Yu in Tang Dynasty wrote 《茶經》, drinking tea represents its epoch-making. In Song Dynasty, not only the officials but also the general public love drinking tea. Su Shi, as a representative of the Northern Song Dynasty writer, also loves drinking tea. We can find the chant for tea in Su Shis works. According to my statistics of Su Shis poems, there are twenty one about 茶 and 龍團 . Tea plays an important role in Su Shis life. Tea represents an art. The paper focuses on Su Shis poetry, taking from the version of 孔 凡禮.
