地铁车站施工现场安全管理研究分析.doc

摘 要 随着经济的飞速发展，地铁已经是是一座城市融入国际大都市现代化交通的显著标志。既不对地面构成任何环境污染，又可以为乘客躲避城市嘈杂烦躁的空间提供良好环境。此外，地铁还是发生战争等特大紧急情况最理想的防御工事和庇护所。但是在地铁的建设当中，还存在着很多问题。尤其是施工过程中的安全建设和安全管理问题，很多方面没有得到足够的重视和很好的解决。 本论文针对我国大连地铁205标段车站现场施工中安全管理中缺陷或执行较差的措施进行分析，找出危险源，结合安全管理系统的分析方法，利用PHA和LEC分析方法，得到施工过程中的危险问题，针对此类问题提出一些相应的防范措施；并设置第三方检测的检测系统，提高检测的精确性和效率，为安全施工提供科学的、超前的预报，建立规范的、系统安全宣传和向导，努力建立现代化的安全保障体系。 关键词：地铁车站；危险源识别；安全系统分析方法；检测系统 ABSTRACT Along with the economical rapid development, the subway already was a city integrates the international metropolis modernization transportation the remarkable symbol.Both does not constitute any environmental pollution to the ground, and may avoid the space for the passenger which the city is agitated noisily to provide the good environment.In addition, the subway has the war and so on the especially big emergency case most ideal fortification and the sanctuary.But middle subway construction, but also has very many problems.Constructs in particular in the process safe construction and the safety control question, very many aspects have not obtained the enough value and the very good solution. The present paper in the safety control the flaw or the execution bad measure carries on the analysis in view of our country Dalian subway 205 sign section station scene construction in, discovers the dangerous source union security management system the analysis method, uses PHA and the LEC analysis method, obtains in the construction process dangerous question, proposes some corresponding guard measure in view of this kind of question; And establishes the third party examination the examination system, enhances the examination the accuracy and the efficiency, is the safe construction provides the science, the forecast in advance, establishes the standard, the system safety propaganda and the guide, establishes modernized diligently the safety control system.
