新型防水材料的应用与发展 摘要 我国自改革开放以来，新型防水材料发展迅速，随着建筑业的发展，为了保证防水工程的质量，我国正在大力推广使用新型防水材料，自从加入WTO后即给防水材料行业带来了机遇，也带来了挑战，只有高效且环保的新型防水材料才能在变幻莫测的市场上站稳脚跟，从而提高国际竞争力。我国的建筑防水材料在80年代和90年代取得了相当大的技术进步，现在我国的建筑防水材料已有高、中、低档品种和功能比较齐全的防水材料体系，新型防水材料的使用比例已经占到27%。新型防水材料作为一个新兴的领域，在各种各样的工程上有非常重要的应用前景，必须加大对新型防水材料的推广并提高质量要求，同时加速对其的研发和应用。本文主要对新型防水材料的种类、特性及其发展现状和在社会实际中的应用进行一定程度的探讨。 关键词：防水材料，刚性材料，发展前景 Abstract Since China’s reform and opening up,the rapid development of new waterproof materials,with the development of the construction industry,in order to ensure the quality of waterproof engineering,China is vigorously promoting the use of new waterproof materials,after joining WTO for waterproof materials industry brings opportunities,it also brings challenges,only new waterproof material can be effective and environmental friendly footing change unpredictably foothold in the market,so as to improve the international competitiveness.Building waterproof materials in China has made considerable progress in the technology in the 80’s and 90’s,waterproof material system is now building waterproof material in China has been high,low-grade varieties and complete function,using the ratio of new waterproof materials has accounted for 27%.New waterproof materials is a new field,has very important application prospect in various engineering,must increase the promotion of new waterproof materials and improve the quality requirements,at the same time,accelerate the development and application of the waterproof.This paper mainly discusses some of the new type waterproof material types,characteristics and current situation of the development of society,and in the practical application.
