腰硬联合麻醉低浓度罗哌卡因联合芬太尼对无痛分娩的镇痛效果分析 　　摘要：目的 探讨腰硬联合麻醉低浓度罗哌卡因联合芬太尼对无痛分娩的镇痛效果分析。方法 选取我院收治的行阴道分娩的产妇81例来作为研究对象，随机分为对照组40例和观察组41例，对照组患者在分娩过程中不使用任何镇痛药物，观察组患者行蛛网膜下穿刺，采用腰硬联合麻醉注入低浓度罗哌卡因、芬太尼。观察两组患者的镇痛效果，进行临床对照性分析。结果 观察组产妇宫缩强度、胎心音、VAS评分均明显由于对照组（P0.05），观察组产妇活跃期时间、产后出血量均明显优于对照组（P0.05）；观察组剖宫产手术、新生儿窒息发生率明显低于对照组（P0.05）；对照组产妇满意度52.5%，观察组产妇满意度85.4%，观察组产妇满意度明显高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 腰硬联合麻醉低浓度罗哌卡因联合芬太尼对无痛分娩的镇痛效果突出，值得在临床实践中推广应用。 　　关键词：腰硬联合麻醉；低浓度罗哌卡因；芬太尼；无痛分娩 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the analysis of combined spinal epidural anesthesia with low concentration ropivacaine combined with fentanyl in painless childbirth analgesia. Methods In our hospital underwent vaginal delivery in 81 cases as the research object，randomly divided into control group 40 cases and observation group 41 cases，control group patients did not use any analgesic drugs during childbirth，observation group of patients with subarachnoid puncture，using combined spinal epidural anesthesia with low concentration ropivacaine and fentanyl.Observe the analgesic effect of the two groups of patients，analysis of clinical control. Results In the observation group， maternal contractions，fetal heart rate，VAS scores than the control group（P 0.05）， the observation group were active period of time， the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly better than the control group （P 0.05）；The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 0.05）； control group maternal satisfaction 52.5%，maternal satisfaction rate of the observation group 85.4%，observation group maternal satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group （P 0.05）.
