海南三亚湾路地下通道施工技术中图分类号:TU761.4文献标识码: A文章编号:2095-2104(2012)01-0020-02 摘要:三亚市三亚湾主干道下部增设一座地下通道,采取了道路分幅封闭道路(修筑临时施工便道)、人工开挖配合机械开挖、止水帷幕支护(靠海较近)、采取悬挂法保护电线电缆,取得了较好的施工效果,提前10天完成整个地下通道施工。 关键词:道路分幅封闭、管线保护、临时便道、悬挂法 The Construction Technology of Adding Underpass to Hainan Sanya Bay Road Abstract: To ensure the safety of guests in Pullman Sanya Bay Resort Hotel when they walked across Sanya Bay Road (Main Road) to play in the Sanya bay beach opposite to the hotel, it requires constructing an underpass to the Sanya Bay main road according to the hotel construction plan. Due to the sanya bay road is the main road connected the urban area to scenic spots as the Tianyahaijiao, the Budda Guangyin of South Sea, the Daxiaodongtian and the Sanya Phoenix International Airport, which is the major traffic hub in Sanya City, the pedestrian and vehicles are very frequent. How to make sure the traffic follow is not affected during the construction of the underpass and the protection of the total 8 lines of cable, water supply, rain sewage, fire pipeline, gas pipeline, China Mobile and China Telecom, was to be the focus and difficulty in this construction. Through several rounds arguments and careful planning, our company adopted construction measures as road frame to close the road (to build the temporary construction access), manual excavation with mechanical excavation, Waterproof curtain support (close to the sea), suspension method to protect the wire and cable, recovery after diversion of pipeline, completed the whole underpass construction 10 days ahead of schedule, to ensure the hotel opened in 2011 New Year’s Day. Key words: Road Frame Closing, Pipeline Protection, Temporary Access, Suspension Method, 1、工程概况及施工重难点 该通道为单层地下通道,起始于三亚湾路北侧绿化带、从地下横穿三亚湾路延伸至海边。地下通道基坑长约81米,最宽处42.60米,基坑开挖平均深度约5.70米,两处电梯井开挖深度在基坑底以下1.80~2.80米,基坑安全等级为3级。本工程结构为钢筋砼框剪结构,工程防水均采用三元乙丙防水卷材,地下通道完工后,覆土约2.7米后做路面基层,恢复三亚湾路面。 由于三亚湾路为为三亚市交通主要枢纽,来往行人及车辆较为频繁,如何确保地下通道施工期间道路通行畅通不受影响及地下通道施工期间的道路底下的有线电视、供水(两
