牙冠颜色分区比色法数字化评价[摘要]目的：探讨分析天然牙与同名色系的Vita Classical比色片颈部、中部、切部的色度值是否一致，是否具有可比性。方法：利用MINOLTA CR-321光电色差计（D65光源）以CIE-1976-L*a*b*表色系统，测定A2、B2、C2、D2色系的天然牙颈部、中部、切部色度值，分别与Vita Classical比色片的相同部位进行组间色差分析。结果：48例天然牙和同名色系比色片颈部与切部之间的色差值较大（ΔE：4.48～5.19），切部与中部之间的色差值较小（ΔE：3.48～2.13）。天然牙颈、中、切部分别与比色片同名部位之间的色差值相比较ΔE在1.08～2.80范围内。而两者不同部位之间的色差值相比ΔE在2.00～6.24之间。结论：天然牙颈、中、切部1/3之间色度值存在着较大差异，并非单一色组成。在临床比色过程中，应分别将比色片的颈、中、切部颜色标号与天然牙相同部位进行对比。以提高选色的多样性与准确性。 [关键词]天然牙；比色片；颜色 [中图分类号]R783[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2007）09-1264-03 Analysis on color in cervical,middle and incisal position between natural teeth and vita classical shade guides WANG Shao-hai1,GAO Jian-yong2,TANG Wei-zhong1,WANG Da-lin1 (1.Department of Stomatology,Changhai Hospital,the Second Military Medical University, Shanghai 200433,China;2.Department of Prosthodontics,The Ninth People?s Hospital, School of Medcine, Shanghai Jiaotong University） Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate whether the chroma of natural teeth in cervical, middle and incisal position are consistent with Vita Classical shade guides in the same position.Methods The chroma of natural teeth and Vita Classical shade guides of A2、B2、C2、D2 color series in cervical,middle and incisal was tested respectively using MINOLTA CR-321 contacted colorimeter (D65),and color was measured by CIE-1976-L*a*b*.
