基于使用者视角万科集团财务报表分析 基于使用者视角的万科集团财务报表分析 摘要 进入二十一世纪来，会计这古老的“商业语言”跟随着时代的发展不断的前进和完善，会计核算的最终结果里最重要的一部分是会计报表，会计报表又是财务报告体系的主要内容，报告将会计主体的主要经营活动及其结果经济交易进行了全面的概括展示，为使用者的经济决策提供依据。经济学者对财务报表的分析由于其对经济决策的重要性作用而愈发受到理论和实务界的高度重视，因此，所以本论文选取财务报表的分析为研究对象，将对财务报表分析展开讨论，立足其使用者视角进行分析；试图对会计信息使用者阅读和使用财务报告有所贡献。 首先，使用者对财务报表的需求及谁使用此财务报表；其次，财务报表的信息来源渠道及需求。本文以万科集团为例,基于使用者的角度对万科集团的财务报表进行分析研究,将分析的过程予以展示，将其分析的结果予以总结提供给使用者，将财务报表分析存在的局限性予以揭示，指出在使用者看来这些局限性的存在会使会计信息提供中间环节出现的真实性问题，所以不能过极度的依赖企业提供的其财务报表。为了可以更好的实现对会计信息使用者的经济决策服务的会计报告目标，财务报表的局限性应当进行改进性的探讨研究；所以在这一部分该做出与其相适应的期望能对会计报表局限性的削减有所探索。对策及构想。 关键词：财务报表分析；万科；财务 Abstract Entering the 21st century, accounting for the ancient quot;commercial languagequot; following the development in the era of constant progress and improvement, accounting in the most important part of the is financial statements, comprehensive display of the main body of accounting major economic transactions, economic scholars of financial statements analysis is becoming more and more attention, so this paper will on the financial statements analysis analysis.
