原发性高血压患者血清apelin与脂联素的相关性研究 李庆辉1﹡ 杨天伦1 谭碧峰2 周环1 1. 中南大学湘雅医院心内科,湖南 长沙 410008；2. 怀化医学高等专科学校附属怀化市第三人民医院心内科,湖南 怀化 418000.） 【摘要】 目的 观察原发性高血压患者血清apelin-13和脂联素水平，探讨脂肪细胞因子apelin-13。选取EH患者35例和32例，用酶联免疫吸附法测定两组血清apelin-13和APN①EH患者血清apelin-13和APN浓度显著低于17.61±6.52）pg/mL VS（29.58±15.19）pg/mL；（197.55±54.48）μg/L VS（248.29±35.32）μg/L，均(P0.01)；②经多元线性回归分析显示，EH患者血清apelin-13呈负相关(r=.616，P0.01），与APN呈正相关(r=.480, P0.05）。结论 EH患者血清apelin-13水平降低，并与APN呈相关，提示apelin-13可能通过影响APN水平而参与高血压的发生发展。 关键词 高血压病；apelin-13；脂联素 Correlation between Serum Apelin-13 and Adiponectin levels in Patients with Essential Hypertension. Abstract】Objective To investigate the relationship between serum apelin and adiponectin levels in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Serum apelin and adiponectin levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 35 patients with essential hypertension and 32 healthy controls. Results ① Compared with control group, the serum concentration of apelin-13 and adiponectin of patients with essential hypertension were greatly lowered（17.61±6.52）pg/mL VS（29.58±15.19）pg/mL；（197.55±54.48）μg/L VS（248.29±35.32）μg/L，both( P0.01).
