低温弱光对抗氧化酶活性的影响(海南大学侯伟)
Effects of sub-optimal temperatures and low light intensity on the growth and anti-oxidant enzyme activities in watermelon seedlings In December 2014 Layout Background Experimental Program Experimental Results Conclusions Background Many of studies focused on Excess irradiance alone or in combination with chilling can cause oxidative stress. Excess of irradiance with high temperatures can cause photooxidative stress. Effect of chilling or low light stress on plant Physiology Rare test available for the effect of sub-optimal temperatures and low light intensity The studies of growth and anti-oxidant enzyme activities in watermelon seedlings are limited Experimental Program Tab 1.The combined treatment of low light and chilling temperature Results Discussion Ⅰ Discussion Ⅱ Anti-oxidant enzyme activity is more sensitive to low temperatures compared with low light, low temperatures conditions activated anti-oxidant enzyme activity and protected cell membrane from lipid peroxidation. In addition, combined low temperature and low light stress reduced the activities of SOD and POD relative to sub-optimal temperatures stress. Changes in the malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration Discussion Ⅲ Sub-optimal temperatures combined with low light had little effect on MDA concentration compared to sub-optimal temperatures alone, indicating that lower level lipid membrane peroxidation occurred and low light appears to promote adaptability and tolerance to low temperatures Changes in the proline and soluble sugars concentration Relatively small increase of proline and soluble sugars were observed as a result of interactive effects of sub-optimal temperatures and low light compared with sub-optimal temperatures alone. This might be attributed to relatively stable osmotic pressure and cellular structures in plants. We conclude that combined stress of sub-optimal temperat
