IC T 研究中心 ;b . 机械工程学院 ,重庆 400030) ( ) 摘 　要 :针对质量功能配置 qualit y f unction develop ment , Q FD 应用过程中的难点 ,即如何准 确而有效地理解用户需求 ,将 Kano 模型引入 Q FD , 以 Kano 模型的分析结果作为 Q FD 的输入 。同 时 ,在总结 Matzler 和 Hint er huber 集成方法的基础上 ,针对其不足 ,利用更广泛的评分等级更清楚 地表明用户需求和工程特性间的强相关与弱相关的区别 ,用权重统计测试法来处理当 2 个用户需 求的权重很相近时的情况 ,在此基础上对原集成法进行改进 ,并实际应用于某一机电产品 ,证明了 此方法的有效性 。 关键词 :质量功能配置 ; Kano 模型 ;集成方法 　　中图分类号 : T H 162 文献标志码 :A Integration and appl ication of Kanos model into qual ity f unction development DUAN Liming a , HUAN G Huan b (a .
