论文题目:高层建筑施工安全与消防问题的管理与对策姓名: 沈琰学号: 201301010710专业班级：土木工程卓越1301班指导老师：杨亚频 2016年6月10号高层建筑施工安全与消防问题的管理与对策沈琰 201301010710 卓越1301班【摘要】随着我国城市人口的日益增多，城市土地资源的日益珍贵，高层房屋建筑工程应运而生并快速发展。由于高层房屋建筑工程项目具有层数多、工序复杂、技术要求高、工程量大、建设周期长、投资高等特点，因此，在其施工过程中存在着大量风险，风险种类繁多，彼此之间的关系错综复杂，且处于动态发展的过程中，这就导致大量安全事故的发生。为了保证高层房屋建筑工程施工的安全性，减少人身伤亡和国家财产损失，本文将围绕高层建筑施工安全问题展开进一步的讨论，并根据高层建筑构造复杂化和功能实用化的特点，提出了我们必须强化对于高层建筑施工安全的管控措施，遏制住高层建筑施工安全隐患发生的源头，促进施工过程中的安全生产，从而保障高层建筑施工工程的质量，进一步保护好社会经济利益和个人人身安全。【关键词】 高层建筑 施工安全 安全问题 管控措施【Abstract】With the population increasing in the cities of our country, Urban Land Resource isbecoming more and more precious, High-rise housing construction project appears and isdeveloping rapidly. Due to the high-rise housing construction project has the feature of toomuch floors, complicated process, high technical required, great work amount, longconstruction cycle, big investment, in the course of its construction there will be largenumbers of risk, big types of risk, complicated relationship between each other, besides, theyare all in the development progress, thus, lots of safe accidents happened.
