中医眼耳鼻喉杂志 2012 年第 2 卷第 2 期 J Chin Ophthalmol ß_ Otorhinolaryngol 2012 , Vo l. 2 , No. Z 93 - r 临床杂首先· 3~7 岁弱视儿童气质与父母养育方式的调查分析 梁小琼 王国平 E摘要】 目的 探讨 3~7 岁弱视儿童气质与父母养育因素的相互影响。方法 应用:--.IYLS 3~7 岁 儿童气质问卷、父母养育方式评价量表，收集 3~7 岁弱视儿童 498 名进行调查分析。结果 父母的情感温 暖对男孩气质的影响是一致的;父母的过分干涉、拒绝、否认、情感温暖、理解与男孩的注意分散、趋避性、 规律性均呈显著正相关.与男孩的活动量、反应阔、情绪本质、规律性呈显著性负相关，恰好与女孩相反。 结论 弱视儿童气质对父母养育方式的影响，大于父母养育方式对弱视儿童气质的影响;对父亲养育方式 发生直接影响的是弱视儿童气质，对母亲养育方式发生直接影响的是行为，妥善的养育方式对弱视儿童的 健康成长极为有利。 【关键词】 弱视儿童; 气质; 养育方式 DO I: 10. 3969/j. iss口.1674-9006.2012.02.015 中图分类号:R77 Survey on the 3 -7 amblyopia childrens temperament and their parents rearing style LANG X iaο qlOng ， WANG Guo-Ping (0ρhthalmology de户artment ， Armed Police Corρs Hοspital 0/ Sichuan , Leshan , Sichuan , 614000) [Abstract Objective To explore the interrelationship between the 3-7 years old amblyopia childrens temperament and their parents rearing style. Methods 498 children were surveyed by temperament questionnaires used respectively for children aged 3 ~ 7 and Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran (EMBU). Results The influence of the parents emotional warmth on the boys is consistent. parents too much interference ,rejection , denying , emotional warmth is significantly positive with the boys distraction , phobotaxis and regularity ,but irs significantly negative with the boys activity leve l, response threshold and qulitity of the mood. The result of the girl is opposite. Conclusion Amblyopia childrens temperament has greater influence on the parents rearing style than the rearing style influenced the temperament. Its the childrens temperament to directly influence the fath er s rearing style , and the behavior directly influence the mothe rs. Proper rearing style is benefit for the childrens healthy growth.
