医药前沿 2015年11 月第5 样32 期幅画〕 2013 年奉节县中小学学生血红蛋白检测结果分析 周静 (重庆市奉节县疾病预防控制中心 重庆 404600) E摘要E 目的:分析 2013 年奉节县中小学学生的血红蛋白检测结果，探究发生贫血的规，律.方法:随机选取2013 年1 月由 2013 年 12 月之间奉节县中小学学生 500 名，分析其血红蛋白检测结果，统计低血红蛋白发生率与学生年龄段和险别的关系.结果: 共检测出 165 名贫血学生，发生率为 33. 侃，大部分为边缘性贫血，没有检测出中、重度血红蛋白.其中各年龄段的低血红蛋白发生 率均有显著差异， P0.05 ， 具有统计学意义.随着年龄的增长，低血红蛋白发生率有所降低，但是在 13 岁时又显著升高，之后又有 所下降，但仍然较高.在性别分布方面，女生的低血红蛋白发生率高于男生， P0.05， 具有统计学意义.结论:低血红蛋白对中小 学生的发育和生长有着严重影响，且发生率较高，应当加强预防，缓解学生的心理压力，使贫血率降低，促进学生健康成长.
