Abstrac:tTodetermineregionaldifferentiationandpollutionstatusofheavymetalsinruralsoilsunderdifferentpatternsof
landuse(barevegetablefield, greenhousevegetablefield, andgraincropfield).Statusofheavymetalsinagriculturalsoils
fromfourruralexperimentalregionsofuabeiplainunderdifferentpatternsoflandusewasevaluatedusingthesingle-factor
andcomprehensivepollutionindice.sThecontentsofsoiltotalCu, Zn, Cd, Pb, andAsweresignificantlyhigherinTianjin
experimentalregionunderthethreepatternsoflandusethanthatinBeijing, ebe,iandShandongexpermientalregion,sre-
spectively. ighercontentsoftotalCu, Zn, Cd, andPbinsoilsfromthefourexpermientalregionswerefoundinthebareveg-
etablefieldandthegreenhousevegetablefieldcomparedwiththegraincropfield.Soilsfromthebarevegetablefieldandthe
greenhousevegetablefieldforTianjinand ebeiexpermientalregion,sandfromgreenhousevegetablefieldforShandongexper-
imentalregionwereslightlycontaminatedaccordingtothecomprehensivepollutionindice,ssoilsunderthethreepatternsof
landuseforBeijingexpermientalregion, andfromthegraincropfieldforTianjinand ebeiexpermientalregionswereatthe
warningheavymetalpollutionleve,landsoilsfromthebarevegetablefieldandthegraincropfieldforShandongexpermiental
regionwerenotcontaminated.SoilsunderthethreepatternsoflanduseforBeijing, Tianjinand ebeiexpermientalregions
wereslightlycontaminatedwithCdaccordingtothesinglepollutionindice,ssoilsfromthebarevegetablefieldandthegrain
cropfieldforShandongexperimentalregionwereatthewarning
