毛浓选 男1971--）籍贯：陕西，镇安硕士 副教授研究方向：民族传统体育教学与训练工作单位：西安体育学院武术系 地址：西安市含光路65号邮编：710068 影响对中国的启示 毛浓选 西安体育学院武术系 西安 邮编710068 摘 要：在日本学校体育政策的指导下，日本青少年体质状况实现了长期发展，为日本经济和社会发展提供了扎实的劳动力保障。文章采用逻辑分析、数据统计分析等方法，结合日本经济、社会的发展进程，系统阐述了日本学校体育政策的变迁与内涵，分析了不同时期日本学校体育政策对青少年体质状况的影响。日本的学校体育政策始终以社会需要为基础制定和实施，在满足当时经济社会发展需求的同时，卓有成效地提高了本国青少年的身体健康状况，形成了一整套具有日本特色的学校体育政策体系，这对我国的体育政策发展有很重要的借鉴意义。国应该立足国情政策发展现状，汲取日本的成熟经验，体系建设、体育活动质量和配套制度设计等方面来促进我国体育的发展。 启示和借鉴 The influence of School sports policJapan on fitness of Japanese teenagers and its enlightenment to China Maonongxuan （Xian Physical Education University, Xian 710068, China） Abstract: Under the guidance of Japanese school sports policies, the fitness condition of Japanese teenagers has realized the long-term development which provides solid labor force ensurance to Japans economic and social development. This paper adopts the methods of logical analysis, statistical analysis and so on, and takes the process of Japans economic and social development into consideration, systematically expounds the transition and connotation of school sports policy in Japan, and then its influence on the fitness of Japanese teenagers in different period is analyzed. School sports policies in Japan are formulated and implemented based on social needs to meet the demand of economic and social development from the very beginning to the end, and at the same time, the fitness of Japanese teenagers has been improved effectively and a Japan-characteristic system of school sports policy has been formed. This is of great significance to the development of the school sports policies in China. We should base on the national conditions and the present situation of the school sports policies development, draw lessons from the mature experience of Japan, and promote the development of our school sports in the following aspects: improve the legal system, ensure the quality of sports activities and optimize the design of supporting system.
