Methods: The clinical data, histopathologic observation and immunohistochemical staining were studied in two cases of epithelioid sarcoma, in order to explore its diagnosis and differential diagnosis combined with literatures. Results: The tumor consisted of epithelioid cells and spindle cells, which showed an infiltrative growth pattern with nodular arrangement. Immunohistochemical results showed that the tumor cells were positive for vimentin, CK, EMA, CD34. Conclusion: Epithelioid sarcoma is very rare and lack of awareness, thus easily confused with other tumor leading to misdiagnosis. It is essential to avoid misdiagn
