临床使用实时三维超声诊断腹腔占位性病变【摘要】目的:探讨实时三维超声在腹腔脏器疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:分别对38例腹腔占位性病变、31例肝脏实性占位性病变和11例膀胱内肿块的患者应用全身彩超仅进行实时三维超声检查与血流检测,并与二维超声检查进行对比。结果:38例腹腔占位性病变,二维超声检出28例(73.4%),三堆超声检出36侧(94.7%);31例肝脏实性占位性病变,二维超声检出22例(71.0%),三维超声检出30例(96.8%);11例膀胱内病变,二维超声检出9例(81.8%),三维超声全部检出(100.0%)。结论:三维超声成像技术对腹腔脏器肿块的诊断较二维超声更为准确、可靠、立体感更强,临床应用价值更高。? 【关键词】实时三维超声;二维超声;腹腔;占位性病变? doi:10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2010.09.027文章编号:1006-1959(2010)-09-2326-02? 3-D liveultrasonic technology in the diagnosis of thoracic and abdominal space-occupying lesionsZhen Yuan-Ju1,YANG Jiao2? 【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the clinical value of the 3-D live ultrasonoeraphy in the diagnosis of the abdominal diseases.Methods:Thirty-eight cases of space-occupying lesions,31 cases of hepatic substantial space-occupying foci and 11 cases of urinary bladder tumors were examined respectivey by 1ive 3-Dultrasonography with a color ultrasonoscope and the resuts were compared with that by 2-dimenslon ultrasonography.Results:Among 38 cases of occupying lesions,28 cases were found out by 2-d ultrasonography with a detective rate of 73.4%and 36 by 3-D live ultrasonography with a detective rate of 94.7%.Among 3l cases of hepatic substantial space-occupying foci,22 were detected by 2-dultrasonography with detective rate of 71.0% and 30 by 2-D 1ive ultrasonography with a rate of 96.8%.Nine cases of urinary bladder tumors were sought out by 2ultrasonography with a rate of 81.8%and 11 by 3-D live ultrasonography with a rate of 100%.Conclusion:3-D ultrasonic imaging technology in more accurate,reliable,and valuable than 2-d ultrasonography in the di’8nosls of abdominal space-occupying lesions.? 【Key words】3-D 1ive ultrasonic technology;2-D ultrasonography;Abdominal eavtty;Space-occupying lesions 实时三维超声是近年在临床影像医学中开展的一项新技术,但多用于妇产科领域??[1,2]?,对腹腔病变诊断的应用相对较少??[3]?。本文对我院2004年6月--2007年3月由实时三维超声诊断、并经手术、病理证实的38例腹腔占位性病变的声像表现特征进行了分析,现将结果报告如下:? 1.资料与方法? 1.1一般资料:腹膜腔占位性病变38例,其中男26例,女12例;肝脏实性占位性病变31例,其中男23例,女8例;膀胱内占位性肿块11例,其中男7例,女4
