患儿扁桃体术后在麻醉复苏室监测及护理【摘要】目的:探讨患儿扁桃体术后麻醉复苏室进行监测和护理的必要性和可行性,为临床护理实施提供依据。方法:选择年龄4~12岁扁桃体手术后患儿416例行PACU监护,记录咽腔出血情况、心率、呼吸、血压、血氧饱和度、瞳孔、意识、情绪、精神状况及与医务人员的配合程度。结果:本组385例全麻扁桃体术后患儿,恢复较好,均PCAU完全清醒、呼吸稳定、循环平稳、肌张力恢复较好、不吸氧情况下的SpO??2?均95%,经医生检查后离开PACU。其中31例患儿在PACU治疗期间出现了全麻后的并发症(包括低氧血症14例,循环系统5例,扁桃体窝出血4例,恶心呕吐3例,低体温3例,苏醒延迟2例),及时处理后均安全渡过复苏期,安全返回病房。结论:扁桃体手术患儿在PACU进行监测和护理可明显预防并发症的发生,并缓解患儿的紧张程度,安全、顺利地度过麻醉恢复期。? 【关键词】患儿;扁桃体术后;麻醉复苏室;监测与护理? doi:10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2010.09.011文章编号:1006-1959(2010)-09-2308-02? The monitoring and nursing of children patients after tonsillectomy in PACUYU Jian-ying,ZHOU HuaSichuan Academy of Medical Sciences,Department of Anesthesia of People’s Hospital of Sichuan province,Sichuan (610072),China? 【Abstract】Objective:To study the necessity and possibility of monitoring and nursing in PACU to children patients after tonsillectomy, in order to provide the basis for clinical nursing practice.Methods:The 416 cases of 3 to 6 years old children patients after tonsillectomy were monitored and nursed in PACU,and the hemorrhage in pharyngeal cavity,heart rate,respiration,blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation,pupil,consciousness,emotion,mental status and cooperative degree with doctors was monitored.Results:The 385 children with tonsillectomy under general anesthesia left the PACU,after which was awake completely,and respiratory and circulation was smooth,and muscular tension was recovered and the SpO??2? was more than 95% with nature respiratory.The other 31 patients appeared post general anesthesia complication (14 cases with hypoxemia,5 with circulatory system broblem,4 with bleeding of fossa tonsillarista,3 with nausea and vomiting,3 with hypothermia and 2 with delayed recovery),which live through the recovery period and went back to ward safely.Conclusion:The monitoring and nursing of children patients after tonsillectomy in PACU can prevent the complication,and relieve the nervousness,and help to pull through the anesthesia recovery period safely.? 【K
