Bm亚型鉴定1例及相关知识复习 吕小英 陈涌泉 王厚照 （中国人民解放军第一七四医院，厦门大学附属成功医院检验科 邮编：361001） 第一作者简介：吕小英，女，1978年11月出生于福建厦门，医学检验专业本科学历（福建医科大学），现为中国人民解放军第一七四医院输血科主管技师。 通讯作者：王厚照 联系电话：0592-6335560 邮箱：wanghouzhao@126.com 【摘要】 目的 鉴定一例Bm亚型及相关知识复习。 方法 综合应用血清学实验方法，包括血型鉴定、不规则抗体筛查及直/间接抗人球蛋白试验、吸收放散实验、被测者唾液血型物质测定 ，对一例ABO血型系统Bm亚型进行鉴定。 结果 被测者ABO血型鉴定结果为正定型为O 型，反定型为B 型；不规则抗体筛查试验结果阴性；直接、间接抗人球蛋白试验结果阴性；红细胞吸收放散试验结果阳性，即被测者红细胞含有极弱的B抗原；唾液血型物质检测显示唾液中同时含有B物质和H物质。 结论 该被测者ABO血型为Bm亚型，综合应用血清学实验方法可有效提高ABO血型检测结果的准确性。 【关键词】 Bm；亚型；ABO血型；血型鉴定 Blood grouping of a case of Bm blood type with review of some related knowledge Lv Xiaoying Chen Yongquan Wang Houzhao （Department of Clinical laboratory，the One Seven Four Hospital of the Chinese Peoples Liberation Army，Chenggong Hospital Affiliated Xiamen University Zip Code: 361001） Corresponding author：Wang Houzhao Tel：0592-6335560 Email：Wanghouzhao@126.com 【Abstract】 Objective To identify a case of Bm blood type and review some related knowledge. Methods Serological test methods,including blood grouping、irregular antibody screening、direct and indirect anti globulin tests、absorption and elution tests、test of blood group substance in saliva,were performed synthetically to identify a case of Bm blood type in ABO blood group system. Results The results of blood grouping was O in forward blood typing with B in reverse blood typing,and the results of irregular antibody screening、direct and indirect anti globulin tests were all negative,while the results of absorption and elution tests were positive(namely the RBC of the testee contained B blood antigen),and the results of the test of blood group substance in saliva proved that the saliva of the testee contained both B and H substances. Conclusion The blood type of the testee was Bm in ABO blood group system,performing serological test methods synthetically could effectively improve the accuracy of blood type test in ABO blood system. 【Key words】Bm;subtype;ABO blood group type;blood grouping ABO 血型系统是人类
